MY Before/During

I’ve gotten some requests to see what my progress looks like.

This is January 17th-May 15th 2016.

4 months.

119 days.

Clean eating.

Weightlifting.

Running.

Drinking adequate water.

And, of course, #PlexusInMyToolbox

30 pounds eliminated.

13% body fat eliminated.

Diabetic numbers in the mid-normal range.

And I feel amazing.

I need to take a break from all the motivation to send out a PSA…

I read a lot of y’all’s blogs and see people saying that they bought a workout plan or meal plan from this blogger or that blogger.

Let me be real clear here: BEING A FITNESS BLOGGER DOES NOT QUALIFY ANYONE TO GIVE YOU FITNESS OR NUTRITION ADVICE.

Do your due diligence and research their background. Only take workout and nutrition advice from certified personal trainers and sports nutritionists.

Stop taking broscience advice from anyone that’s willing to sell you a PDF.
